Accessibility Statement
1. Our commitment
Last reviewed: September 30, 2026
Alémar Advisors, Inc. wants everyone to be able to use https://alemaradvisors.com (the “Site”), including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, magnification or other assistive technology. We are committed to making the Site accessible, to fixing problems when they are reported, and to keeping accessibility in mind whenever we change the Site.
2. Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) are the widely used standard for web accessibility. They set out three levels of conformance: A, AA and AAA.
The Site is designed to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Based on our own evaluation on September 30, 2026, we believe it is fully conformant: we found no content that fails the standard. Section 6 describes how we evaluated the Site, and section 4 what we have not yet tested.
3. What we have done
The Site is a small, mostly static website with a few short forms. To make it accessible, we have:
- Structured pages with headings, lists and landmarks, and given images text alternatives
- Made content and controls usable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator
- Labelled form fields, said which are required, and shown errors in text beside the field rather than by colour alone
- Used colours with enough contrast, and a layout that works when zoomed, on small screens and with larger text
- Avoided flashing or moving content, and respected your device’s “reduce motion” setting
- Offered an email alternative to the forms
We check new content against these points before publishing it.
Third-party content. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. Cloudflare is responsible for its accessibility. In our testing, keyboard users could move into and out of it; it may occasionally ask you to tick a checkbox, but it never sets a puzzle. If you cannot use a form, you can email us instead (section 7). The Site also links to other websites, such as LinkedIn profiles; their accessibility is outside our control and outside this statement.
4. Known limitations and testing gaps
As far as we know, no content on the Site fails WCAG 2.2 Level AA. But we have not tested on every platform, browser, screen reader or assistive technology, so there may be gaps we are not aware of.
In particular, we have not yet tested with the JAWS screen reader, on Android with TalkBack, or with people who use assistive technology.
We welcome your feedback, and we will work to resolve issues that are brought to our attention. Section 7 explains how to reach us.
5. Compatibility
The Site is designed to work with modern, up-to-date browsers on desktop and mobile, and with common assistive technologies such as screen readers. It does not rely on JavaScript to display its content, and the forms work with a keyboard alone.
Browsers that are out of date may not display the Site as well.
6. How we assessed the Site
We evaluated the Site ourselves on September 30, 2026. The evaluation covered the Site’s public pages, including the forms, and used four methods: automated accessibility testing tools; scripted browser checks (keyboard use, zoom, text spacing, contrast and motion settings); a manual review of the Site’s code against the WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines; and manual testing with screen readers on Mac, iPhone and Windows.
We took reasonable care in this review, but this is not an independent audit by an outside specialist.
We plan to evaluate the Site again at least once a year and after any significant change, and to update this statement each time.
7. Feedback and contact
If you have trouble using any part of the Site, please tell us. It helps if you say which page you were on, what you were trying to do, and which browser and assistive technology you use. We aim to respond within 10 business days.
